Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the rules for using the Mama Kiddies® Europe website and for buying our products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Mama Kiddies® Europe website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may refer to ourselves as “we”, “us” or “our”, and to you as “you” or “the customer”. These terms do not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the European Union and your country of residence.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Mama Kiddies s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia. Our full company and contact details are at the end of these terms.

3. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt it. We try to keep the website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

4. Products, descriptions and prices

We take care to describe our products accurately and to show them clearly. Photographs and images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or detail may occur. We sell products intended for children aged 0–3 and always recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions and age guidance.

Prices are shown on the product pages and at checkout, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We will send you an acknowledgement confirming we have received your order. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Europe, with shipping handled by our courier partners. Estimated delivery times and any delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on your location. We aim to dispatch in-stock items promptly, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision to cancel within that period (for example by email) before the deadline passes. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the payment you made, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof that you have returned them.

Goods must be returned in a condition that allows resale. Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law allows — for example sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons. Any such exclusions will be made clear before you order.

9. Returns and refunds

To return an item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process and provide a return address. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise with you. Where the law makes you responsible for the cost of returning the goods, this will be made clear at the time of purchase.

10. Faulty goods and warranty

By law, the products we supply must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. As a consumer in the EU, you benefit from a statutory guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Any additional commercial warranty we or a manufacturer offers is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, the Mama Kiddies® brand, images and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Our liability

We provide our products and website with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your misuse of a product or failure to follow the instructions provided. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Privacy and cookies

We handle your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly. If we cannot reach a solution together, you may, as a consumer, refer the matter to the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

For Slovakia, the relevant supervisory and ADR authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia – SOI). For cross-border purchases within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can offer free advice and assistance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Slovak courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence within the EU.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our practices, or the law. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it. When we make changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top.
